Positive: Yann was wonderful as a host, he was handing over the keys and guiding us around. Very simple to get in touch. House was exactly what we need - we were 3 persons and 2 dogs. Yann was very gracious to let us accomodate also the dogs+1 cat that we had to take with us for a small extra fee for final cleaning which we fully agree with. Kitchen very well equipped, air conditionig working well, private parking close to the house -> and "la piece de resistance" was the small pool with bubbles and lights- very good for a such a hot weather. all in all thank you Yann, very good accomodation!

Summary: excellent location for us, pool was amazing!

Positive: The location of the apartment was really perfect for us: 15 mins to Cannes, 25 mins to Nice and in manageable distance to Monaco, Menton, Alassio, Théoule-sur-mer and St. Tropez. (By car). Yann was always available and solved our questions and problems fast. We had a problem with the bed and he fixed it the same day. The apartment is very good maintained, the pool is warm and the area is very quiet and peaceful. The car is parked on the property behind the gates, so very safe. We came with our dog and he could be free in the garden as it is fully enclosed. The apartment has a washing machine and dishwasher, which gives a lot of value for your vacation. The kitchen is super clean and has everything for your cooking. We have had a few visits to the area before and this was the best apartment for this price category!
Negative: The second floor, where the bed is located, is a bit low, we could not stand straight. (The house was renovated and, as we think, originally only one floor). Still, this did not really have a huge impact on our vacation. We give this apartment 5 stars and recommend it to everyone!
